Here we are outside Melbourne Town Hall, spreading the gospel of all natural bodybuilding. I apologise that the photos are blurry, but we were moving so fast the camera couldn't keep up. It's important to keep moving fast when you're not lifting weights, to keep your muscles warm. If you let them cool down, you have to waste valuable lifting time at your next workout warming them up again.Anyway, we seemed to get a very good response from the public to our spreading the word of natural bodybuilding. A lot of people were pointing and staring (presumably in awe of our muscularity), and a few people from the Grand Prix even yelled out to us as they were walking past. We felt so supported.

My grandma was in her prime in the 60s, when the "menage" was all the rage, and in fact, quite commonplace amongst groovy hipsters. Although now she is well beyond her 60s, when I showed her this website she seemed unusually sparky and began muttering something about potatoes. For the sake of my grandma can you please post a picture of your potatoes, and at least one of your phone numbers. And before you ask - No, she is not a time waster.
